Position Summary

Our team is looking for talented and self-motivated Software Engineer with strong iOS, Android and Windows application knowledge and development experience who can apply his/her expertise in software design, development, and support for our products. As a member of the technology team, your job functions will include the full lifecycle of design, develop, modify, test, debug, and support the new as well as the existing for all our devices.
- Responsible for the production and maintenance of mobile software products that meet quality system requirements as it relates to Code Corporation
- Provide technical leadership on mobile excellence and best practices
- Evaluate new technologies, create prototypes, and architect frameworks
- Mentor other developers in mobile app development
- Coordinate technical competence improvement activities
- Coordinate and direct software engineering resources
- Oversee all mobile (iOS, Android, Windows) application and SDK development
- Work with outsource partners to ensure they are meeting Code's expectation
- Work with domestic and international software development partners
- Monitor industry trend, apply new technology and methodology to internal practices
- Work with marketing to define new product requirements, write product specifications and estimate schedules
- Design and develop the software needed to market Code products
- Coordinate resource scheduling and track progress
- Maintain and improve all software products
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in developing a variety of software
- 2+ years of hands-on mobile app development experience (both native and cross-platform)
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment as needed
- Advance knowledge of software development
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Require solid C/C++/C#, Java, Objective C experience
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Code operations on a 9/80 work scheduled. What that means is we work our 80 hours in 9 days which allows us to have every other Friday off. So besides your vacation time, your personal time, you will also get 26 extra days off a year or how I like to look at it 26 3-days weekends a year.
