Digital and Assisted Channels is growing a team responsible for building out a cloud-native contact centre platform which will support new conversational channels to service our customers including chatbots and messaging experiences across both voice and text. We also work closely with teams across NAB to deliver our assisted experiences on existing digital platforms.
As a Senior Developer Engineer, you will be working as part of the Contact Centre Technology and Operations stream to deliver work items within programs, as well as assist BAU resources and assets to help maintain and support services across the contact centre space.
Day to day you will:
- Design, develop, review, implement and manage application code and services for production and pre-release environments
- Design, develop, review, implement and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems and any code as required
More About You:
- Experience in Javascript/Typescript working with Node.js
- Demonstrated skills with Front-End frameworks and specifically React JS
- Knowledge with developing microservices, Java and SpringBoot is advantageous
- Strong understanding in developing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with Container (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) and FaaS (AWS Lambda) technologies
- Awareness of modern CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Gulp, NPM, Gradle)
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Groovy, PowerShell, AWS CLI)
This role does require you to participate in the after-hours support roster to assist with escalated and impacting issues affecting our Contact Centre platform and be available when reasonably required to implement changes after-hours to minimise impacts to business and enterprise.
