Job Description :

1. 4 - 12 years of relevant experience in IT.

2. Provide analysis, design, testing and deployment for Solutions

3. Being a Sr. Development engineer, must provide new design and develop new features and enhance existing.

4. Analyze, fix and support issues in above said products

5. Excellent full lifecycle knowledge and experience in developing Java 8 and above, Spring boot, angular.

6. Experience with Docker, Docker compose, Kubernetes.

7. Hands-on experience (Design, Development and Implementation) of complex software systems especially with REST.

8. Experience in development of and maintenance of applications, services with business logic and application infrastructure.

9. Experience with Software Lifecycle management tools like Azure Devops boards, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)/Visual Studio Team Services, Source Control(Git) and Build templates.

10. Experience working in Agile software development such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Kanban, Scrum.

11. Experience in Azure, cloud services is an added advantage.

12. Ability and motivation to quickly learn about new products, features and architectures.

13. Strong self-motivation; must be able to succeed with minimal resources and minimal supervision.

14. Excellent work ethic, dependable and responsible; team player and highly collaborative.

15. Logical and Creative problem-solving skills and good analytical skills.

16. Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new requirements quickly and can adapt to a growing and evolving team

17. Excellent communication skills and be highly technical, self-motivated problem solver with an understanding of Standalone, Client/Server, microservices and Cloud software project implementation

18. Excellent written, verbal, technical and interpersonal communications skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Highly motivated individual willing to continuously learn and work in a fast pace environment.

- Primary development work would be in C++/C, Object Oriented Design in EDA Environment.

- End to End Implementation of Various Projects: Including Designing, Development, Coding, Implementation of Multi-Threaded Software Applications.

- Scripting to make Tools and Automate Tasks, Feature Extraction, PNR Launch, Design Information gathering etc

- Manage the entire Application Development Operations Involving Requirement Gathering, Development of Functional Specifications, Testing and Co-Ordination with Customers.

- Optimizing Algorithm and Code for Performance or Memory.

- Characterize a Problem and Specify Solutions.

- EDA Domain/ Tools - Experience Mandatory.

- Experience in Firmware/ Software Development, High - Performance Hardware Regression and Full - System validation.

- Ability to Cope with a Highly Changing Environment and Agile Development.

- Should possess proven Good Habits for Writing Technical Specifications, Design Specifications and Documenting Code.

- Understanding of the Importance and Rigourous Application of Coding Standards.

- Hands On Experience with Development of Next Generation Integration Solution Systems.

- Possess Strong Ability to Reverse Engineer Code.

- Should be an effective team player with proven abilities during the Project Phase, Training & Guiding Team Members and Enabling Knowledge Sharing among the Team.

- Experience in Firmware/ Software Development, high performance Hardware Regression and full-system validation.

Overview:


Fexa is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team as we continue to expand our already growing customer base. This position will create Ruby on Rails server side code and Javascript code as part of a CMMS application. The developer will also interface with client team to improve and change existing application installations. This position is on a small team of developers who work hard, are highly motivated and enjoy the freedom of working from home.


We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:



  • Participate in the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

  • Work independently to design, create RoR APIs and application components

  • Work Independently to design, create Web Gui components using Javascript/EXTJS

  • Contribute to business discussions about the project and user interfaces

  • Document development projects

  • Familiar with Git, CI Tools and Deployment Scripts

You will



  • Build impactful products to help teachers facilitate learning through curriculum.

  • Work with a cross-functional team to develop, iterate on, and maintain core features for teachers and students.

  • Design and implement systems to support a complex product with hundreds of thousands of users. 

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers 


You have



  • 5+ years of relevant coding experience with full-stack web development

  • Proficiency with Ruby or another object-oriented language and a willingness to learn Ruby

  • Experience building services and applications at scale

  • Experience with Javascript and other client-side technologies

  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL

  • Proven ability to independently define project requirements and ship high-quality products

  • Experience with React and Rails a plus
