Your tasks:



  • Co-ordination and management of the IT team at the Information Center for Education (IZB), ca. 20 members of staff at locations in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin, focusing on software development, data management, development of portals and assessment

  • Conceptual development, provision and maintenance of digital research and information infrastructures and software provided by IZB

  • Conceptual and technical implementation of the IZB Open Science strategy

  • Co-operation and collaboration with our partner institutes in Germany and Europe

  • Budget planning, management of IT team regarding human resources and technical matters
