  • Participate and lead in architecture discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over projects

  • Build available, scalable, low latency systems designed for high traffic infrastructure 

  • Conduct performance testing and monitoring of production systems

  • Review work and assure adherence to best standards and practices 

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical work experience

  • 7+ years of coding experience in event driven application languages.

  • Experience with databases and data-driven applications 

  • Experience with replication, backup and restore and disaster recovery

  • Solid computer science fundamentals such as complexity analysis, data structures and software design

  • You are experienced with architecting, developing and extending large and complex systems

  • You are passionate about shipping quality high-performance code

  • You are a problem solver, a fixer, and a creative technologist

  • You need to be a great team worker and a great communicator

  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux 

  • Experience in training and mentoring others

Preferred Qualifications

As an KYC Full Stack Developer you will have solid experience with the back end technologies and full stack solutions.   • Experience in building backend systems, preferably using Java 8
