Successful candidates will be joining the Investment Bank's FX Options Technology team, a group of application developers responsible for evolution and support of the Athena platform for the FX Options business.

The team numbers 15 engineers across the NA, EMEA and APAC regions, to which we will be adding a presence in Mumbai.

The role will involve close collaboration with business partners and established team members in Singapore and London to curate a wide range of business processes and new initiatives.

Key areas of focus are:

- Deal management and life cycle,

- UI tools for front office and middle office,

- P&L processes,

- Market data management,

- E-trading activities,

- Business controls, and

- Regulatory reporting.

The technology stack comprises a dozen desktop applications, and hundreds of server processes, mainly written in Python.

The role therefore requires strong Python skills, plus a solid understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL systems. Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java would also be well-received, but are not prerequisites.

Additionally, the role requires the ability to own numerous parallel tasks, to manage competing priorities with transparency, and to communicate effectively with diverse partners; applicants will therefore need to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.

Prior experience of supporting business partners in front office, middle office, business management and quantitative teams would be advantageous.
