Position Summary
The Successful Solution Consultant (SC) provides expertise to Infor prospects and customers in support of Workforce Management (WFM) license revenue and customer success. You do not need prior RPA experience as they will train you, however, you need 2-3 years of solid scripting experience to really excel in this role!

  • 2+ years of software development experience with a solid scripting language like PowerShell, Python, Perl ideally
  • Must have the ability to write scripts from scratch in order to help troubleshoot and automate difficult tasks for clients
  • Understanding of database architecture, i.e. how to look up schemas
  • Must have sound understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, how loops work, and case logic
  • Robotics Process Automation experience is a major plus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on tickets that come in from the end client and write scripts to troubleshoot issues
  • Take data from one system and migrate it using scripting and other techniques to another
  • Leverage the companys RPA implementation partner as much as possible
