Release Managers build scalable processes and mechanisms with up and downstream application in order to launch and maintain successful releases. You will independently develop roadmaps, project plans, risks and dependency logs, releases planning calendars, status updates, and post-mortems. Build processes that automate repeatable activities, promote global standardization, improve testing rigor, remove internal process bottlenecks, and drive productivity gains. Release Managers are excellent at driving results, able to coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. This role requires an excellent communication skills, ability to easily navigate ambiguity, create executive presentations and align stakeholders. Track program(s) health and success by evaluating performance and deriving insights via structured analyses in order to influence strategic decisions.
Provide overall coordination and leadership to specific high priority, multi-regional, interdependent tasks including business case development, schedule/scope/cost management, communications, resource management, alternatives analyses, project integration, critical path / proactive risk management and sub-team management. Develop, maintain and monitor global program plans and integrate/coordinate regional and local executions. Execute program tracking and reporting tools to ensure that the portfolio of projects and initiatives are proactively managed, have appropriate visibility at all organizational levels, and that clear communication of status is timely and transparent. Ensure that key program/project objectives are aligned to and then realized to the expectations of Senior Leadership of the Consumer Business.
Basic Qualifications Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management.
* 2+ years of experience within Program Management with experience delivering cross functional projects related to JAVA 8, Spring Boot, REST/API
* Proficiency in: SQL/Hibernate, Messaging (MQ & Kafka)
* Proficiency in UX/UI : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React
* Experience defining and executing against program requirements
* Experience with process/product improvements and business analysis
* Strong program management and release management with strong analytical skills, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and have the ability to effectively influence and communicate with global stakeholders
* Experience planning, scheduling, implementing projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels, including senior leadership.
