We are looking for a passionate SalesForce Developer to design, develop, enhance and implement solutions. You must have a solid foundation in programming and demonstrated development of scalable Apex code.
- You will be responsible for overall architecture, design, development and integration of salesforce based applications.
- You should be able to work in a fast paced, team driven environment, and have the ability to communicate well with both technical and business stakeholders.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Development of product components using, but not limited to basic constructs such as custom objects, workflow etc.
- VisualForce
- Apex Code
- Managed packages
- Experience into Lightning component is desired.
- Analyze and understand product requirements, and convert functional & technical design documents into concrete, robust force.com-based application elements
- Perform unit testing, document unit test results and maintain source code sanctity
- Willingness to travel to customer locations worldwide on an as-needed basis.
- Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master to understand, develop and test user stories planned for the sprint/release.
- Work with Product Architects to understand and contribute to the design of the assigned user stories.
- Collaborate with quality engineers to ensure that full scope of user stories are tested.
- Provide effort and risk estimates to support planning.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with other engineers, customers and management.
Required Qualifications And Skills :
- 6+ years information technology experience.
- Sound knowledge and hands-on exposure to a major Relational Database Management System (Oracle and/or SQL- Server preferred)
- Hands-on development experience in HTML, Java and JavaScript.
- Experience in any CRM solution such as Siebel, PeopleSoft, Oracle or SalesForce.com will be a big plus
- Exposure to a Cloud Computing platform such as Force.com, Amazon or Zoho is a big plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a globally distributed team environment, liaising with on-site teams and customers
- Highly process-oriented
