Summary:
Provides critical data, analytics, reporting and design support of the Systems Engineering Portfolio Program Roadmap. Tell Comcast's incredible story of innovation, investment, impact to advance Comcast's business goals through the strategic portfolio data messaging.
Core Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains data, analytics, and reporting tools to support the development and deployment of portfolio programs to tell the story of design and delivery plan to outcomes in both duration and capacity (cost). Determine best presentation of the portfolio story communications and strategies, including systems, processes and tools to ensure that local delivery and leadership and business partner teams have the right research and data to support their delivery commitments.
- Creates and drives strategies for the Systems Engineering Portfolio Data reporting, data analysis and tracking
- Researches and synthesizes data from multiple sources and translate raw data to support/create a compelling narrative
- Collects data from multiple sources, delivered in a variety of formats and efficiently import key data points into a common data pool used for sorting, analysis, tracking and reporting/dashboards
- Develops new reporting ideas and communicate potential uses for analytics across all areas of Systems Engineering to help team achieve program goals
- Prepares analysis using various reporting systems OBIEE, Tableau, Excel to demonstrate key information points
- Formulates reports, maps and dashboards to visualize pertinent trends in the data and messaging
- Creates templated standardized reports
- Provides training to stakeholders on our various resources, platforms, databases, etc.
- Use data to tell the story creating high level themes and call to action points
- Provides design assistance to Systems Engineering leaders in the preparation and design of data communications

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- 10+ years of professional related data analysis and reporting experience
- Experience in data management, synthesis, reporting and analysis required
- Experience with Rally and JIRA for software delivery lifecycle
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe skills required
- Ability to manipulate and create shapefiles, join datasets, and geographically visualize trends
- Experience with Comcast's various reporting databases strongly preferred
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets with accuracy and ease
- Successful experience translating data into compelling narratives
- Experience with infographics is strongly desired
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations verbally and in writing
- Ability to train educate others through various modes of information sharing
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Self-starter, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Highly collaborative partnering with various organizational levels
- Self-confident and comfortable interacting with Executive Level Leaders
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to create and communicate at high level and detailed views simultaneously
