Duties
As part of a cross-functional scrum team, you will work as part of a small cohesive team that takes features from idea to release. While our team members each have their expertise, all team members are expected to take part in all areas of software development, from design, planning, implementation, testing through to release activities.
Personal profile
Our scrum teams have a high level of autonomy, working as a close collaborative unit to solve challenges and be successful together. To make this work, our team members need to have good communication & problem solving skills, be accountable, focus on what is important, treat each other with respect, have courage to take risks, be pragmatic and open to challenges.
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- Strong experience of C# and C++
- Development in a collaborative, cross-functional agile environment
- Test automation: unit testing, system / integration testing
- Knowledge of coding best practices, performance and scalability
Desirable:
- Full-stack development on Microsoft Azure
- Angular JS 2 and related web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS)
- Experience of software development for the enterprise market
- Experience in systems management such as IT infrastructure, helpdesk, server management
