What you will do:


DISQO is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to partner with our business teams and help them realize the full potential of our CRM investments.  You'll be responsible for the design and development of highly visible custom business apps, extensions, configurations, and integrations, on which we’ll depend everyday to service our customers.



  • Analyze company processes, develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs, working collaboratively across teams to create custom, scalable processes for the company.

  • Build relationships and guide business users in formulating needs, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised requirements.

  • Build and maintain critical integrations with DISQO’s homegrown systems.

  • Design and implement a scalable data architecture and redundancy strategy.

  • Design and maintain user roles and permissioning strategy that will be conducive to high data quality and security.

  • Implement an agile software development lifecycle process for our Salesforce instance.

What you bring to the table:



  • A track record of successful Salesforce.com implementations that made a massive impact on company performance

  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator (I,II) and Platform Developer (I, II) required.

  • Superior Force.com Platform skills (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL and Unit Testing)

  • Working knowledge and experience with:


    • Complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development

    • Core Web technologies including HTML5, CSS & Javascript

    • Relational databases, data modeling and ETL tools

    • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM

    • Web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)


  • A desire to work with the latest tools, technologies and methodologies

  • A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and team-based environment

  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Interest in developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events and technology organization
