Engineering Project Manager - Scrum Master in Ripple’s Engineering organization is pivotal to the fast-paced development and releases of our products. A successful technical Project Manager / Scrum Master is an experienced and natural leader, facilitator, goals driven, organized, detailed oriented and brings strong execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:



  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives

  • Manage Agile processes across multiple projects and multiple teams

  • Identify impediments the team experiences and work with stakeholders to address them

  • Drive continuous process improvements

  • Implement Agile best practices to create a robust, predictable, priority driven culture in an agile environment

  • Work with Product Managers and Engineering Leads on backlogs and roadmap prioritization to deliver value to customers in shorter iterations

  • Define metrics for tracking progress, determining success, and completion

  • Ensure timely delivery of software releases


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:



  • Passion for operational excellence, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with frequent releases in a SaaS model

  • Strong leadership and communication skills and be able to influence without having authority of the team

  • Experience in working with engineers to build highly scalable platforms

  • Eagerness to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team

  • A positive attitude and a passion for sharing knowledge

  • At least 5-7+ years of software program / project management

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a strong technical background
