Principal Backend Engineer

About the Role
Create and maintain a holistic view of the backend stack and codebase and drive the transformation towards a clean and maintainable foundation for current products and future greenfield projects. You will be an integral part of the engineering team moving forward, and will have the freedom to leave your mark on our backend architecture for years to come. This includes, but is not limited to; suggesting technologies and languages for the backend tech stack and preparing the foundation for all greenfield projects for the coming years.

The Engineering team is responsible for reviewing, writing, testing code within implementations of customized client deployment, and helping customers streamline their business with Odoo. Migration Engineers will be the go-to person to fix the existing code, maintain and migrate to new versions of Odoo. You will create modifications to specific deployments of Odoo's applications based on our clients' requirements. Your work will ensure customer satisfaction as well retention for an ever-growing company.
