What we are looking for :

- Expertise in React

- Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3

- Strong coding

- Ability to create reusable components that run at 60fps

- Familiarity with browser developer tools

- Understanding of visual aesthetics

Bonus Points :

- Knowledge of SPAs and build tools (like webpack, parcel etc)

- Experience with performance optimization of applications

- Good command over data structure, algorithms

Key Deliverables :

- Develop very high sense of ownership, the zeal to build scalable applications

- Develop a deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem

- Work with a performance oriented team driven by ownership and open to experiments

- Build customer facing technology product for global customers

- Collaborate with development teams to help identify and develop reusable platforms/libraries.

Candidate description :

- Architect and implement High Availability (HA), Highly Secure, and Disaster Recovery (DR), Cost-Effective and Scalable Solutions on AWS

- Analyse processes and workflows, assessing their efficacy relating to business plans & goals and suggesting re-engineering/simplification solutions

- Reduce the cloud cost by automation and cost optimization tools, improve product performance using Infra & APM monitoring and various logging tools

- Architect and develop standard operating procedure around common failure scenario

- Build DevOps capabilities and Automation within the organization by implementing various tools for Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Assessment (CA) for multiple accounts

- Build the Agile & DevOps practice within the organization - thereby training & coaching teams on DevOps concepts

- Implement DevOps process and best practices using various tools and technologies for improving software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Design, develop, and maintain a strong information security background, including network security, risk assessment, security audit, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, applications, and servers.

- Experience with big data systems

- Experience with Kubernetes for automating and managing Docker deployments

- Strong grasp of automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, or similar

- Preferred to have knowledge on Terraform or similar Framework
