Function Description :
- This position will be part of the Manufacturing and Automation Organization, within the Automation COE.
- We are delivering the next phase of flexible, business-maintainable process automation to enable superior customer care and satisfaction for multiple business areas.
- As a key member in this organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for building the foundation of our information sharing platform and play an integral role in incorporating the reporting tools of the future.
Purpose of Role :
- This role will support the Analytics Manager and shareholders through the execution of high quality, action-oriented analytics tools from structured and unstructured data sources, engineering the data to provide actionable insights, driving improvements across the program.
- The incumbent will be responsible for the daily execution of Operational Reporting as well as the analysis and improvement of existing reporting and the development of new reporting to enhance operational oversight.
- The incumbent will require strong organizational, technical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to outline strategic changes, driving improvements through the data.
- This role requires strong stakeholder management and must work well in a dynamic, complex environment and under deadline pressures.
-Incumbent will be expected to contribute to the success of other team members as well as own and contribute to development projects themselves.

Responsibilities :
- Deliver high quality and accurate reporting solutions in the form of report/dashboards, in a timely manner
- Plan project deliverables, prioritize day-to-day tasks, create project documentation, track and report progress on key metrics
- Attend ad-hoc requests on solution support without impacting quality or timeliness
- Perform feasibility study to validate the functional specification and translate them into technical specification
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, understand business processes, document automation requirements, propose and build solutions while supporting any solution enhancement needs
- Develop clean well executed design concepts, and coordinate with team on design and prototype of new solutions/interfaces
- Analyze the existing environment and derive opportunities, recommend alternative solutions to technical problems
General Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a Scrum team delivery environment preferred
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working solutions
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Strong relationship skills and ability to manage the expectations of multiple customers and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and Communicates Effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to independently overcome obstacles and resolve complex problems
- Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges
- Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to use data to completely transform a process, driving efficiencies and economies of scale
Past Experience :
Academic Background : Graduate
Technical Requirements :
- Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience with various automation tools including Blue Prism, Selenium, UFT, VBA, etc.
- Knack to guide/mentor other team members in both technology and business domain
- Solid understanding of data structures, Algorithms & Design Patterns
- Understanding and experience with UNIX / Shell / Perl / Python / R / Alteryx scripting is a plus
- Background in SQL Database development is a plus
- Data Science / Advanced Analytics experience is a plus
- Experience with Hadoop, Hive, PySpark, Pandas, Cornerstone is a plus
