About Zingbus:
Zingbus is trying to revolutionize how India travels between cities. Since our inception in May 2019, we have served more than 250K journeys and connect 80+ cities through our daily services. We are building a unique technology stack that enables a hassle free journey experience for travelers and streamlined transactions for our demand and supply partners.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the complete product development and deployment
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code and pixel perfect design
- Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable modular code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and bugs
Skills Required :
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into products
- Proficiency in Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Proficient in JAVA
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration to connect Android applications to back-end services
Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Familiarity with offline storage(ROOM/ SQLite), threading, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with third-party integration link Google Analytics, Firebase SDK, Google Maps will be a plus
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
- Familiarity with git and additional sensors such as gyroscopes and accelerometer will be a plus
