Overview 


We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


What you’ll do


-Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

About the role

Position is responsible for applying advanced engineering and network principles, theories, concepts and technologies to developing, and executing tests for complex Ethernet- and IP-Based Data Network infrastructure and service elements. Qualifications:

  • Expert level knowledge of internetworking designs and their applications which include detailed routing on LAN/WAN networks, IP telephony, network troubleshooting and security monitoring.

  • Expert level knowledge of IP (IPv4 & IPv6) routing and switching, Dynamic routing protocols (i.e. BGP, ISIS, etc.), MPLS design considerations and operational behavior

  • Working knowledge with hands-on experience using and maintaining Network Testing platforms, either dedicated platforms such Spirent Test Center or iXia platform, or the associated virtual versions; preferably experience with Itest & Velocity

  • Experience with (or Certifications for) the following platforms (but not limited to these):  Cisco, Ciena, Juniper, Nokia (ALU/Lucent), Fortinet, Versa

  • Strong understanding of transport mediums—TDM (DS1, DS3, OCx), Ethernet, Wave, others

  • Experience and understanding across some of the following concepts or technologies: Voice over IP, quality of service (QoS), data security firewalls, multicast and/or IP video distribution, next generation (cloud) IP switching and routing, SDN (SD-WAN/NFV/VNF/etc.), DNS, Unix/Linux OS administration, Virtual Operating environments, AAA or User Network-Access Management (TACACS+/Radius/SNMP), Network Management fundamentals, tools and options
