Roles and responsibilities :

- Tracxn is looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack professional to be an integral part of its Apps team. The Apps team is an essential part of the Technology team at Tracxn and works on solving technical challenges related to processing, visualization and presentation of continually scaling data in an easily accessible manner on the Tracxn platform. There are currently more than 100 billion data points in the platform which need to be processed, aggregated and presented in different ways.

- You will get hands on experience in latest technologies and skills like ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Webpack, REST API etc. This role is ideal for you if you have a background in Full Stack development and are looking for the next level of career growth in a fast paced, learning based and merit driven work environment.

What we are looking for :

- Strong coding and design skills

- Good command over Data Structures & Algorithms

- The ability to produce bug-free and production grade code

- Skills we consider: Java, React.JS, Angular.JS, D3.Js, Node.js, Express.JS, Groovy, webpack. Bootstrap, MYSQL, Python, SpringMVC, MongoDB, Maven, Redis, Kafka, Ansible, AWS

Quantitative Analyst - Java/Python/C++ - eTrading (4-9 yrs)

Overall purpose of role :

The quantitative analyst will conduct research and development in various stages of e-trading activities and contribute to the development of signals, trading strategies, pricing, hedging and portfolio management activities, and pre/post trade analytics. Ultimately the purpose is to create best in class the business logic and models underlying electronic liquidity offering to clients and the associated analytics. This would involve the full chain from defining the problem, metrics to quantify the solutions, hypothesizing solutions, testing and validation, implementation, productionisation, monitoring and support.

Key Accountabilities :

The quantitative analyst will work within the SM&D team on one or more modelling activities related to

- Analyze market micro-structure and develop signals and trading strategies,

- Develop pricing and hedging strategies,

- Developing suitable pre-/post trade analytics to gain insights,

- Developing business critical reports.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications :

- Excellent analytical abilities with strong understanding of mathematics, statistics and machine learning tools along with deep knowledge of various statistical tools like R, python, kdb and C++

- Excellent coding skills, preferably in Java, along with ability to work in shared development environment

- Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills

- Should be a self-starter and can work easily as individual contributor or part of a team.

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's or PhD in engineering, mathematics or other quantitative disciplines

- Prior experience with algorithms or eTrading business logic is preferred

- Prior professional experience of working in financial institutions

User Research International is a research company based out of Redmond, Washington. Working with some of the biggest companies in the industry, we aim to improve your experience via paid research studies. Whether it be the latest video game or productivity tools, we value your feedback and experience. We are currently conducting a research study called the Cloud Computing Study. We are looking for Users and/or Professionals who are new to or recently started using Amazon Web Services (AWS). This study is a one-time Remote Study via an online meeting.
