- Actively participate and contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle including: brainstorm, architecture, design and technical tradeoffs and prioritization, implementation, quality assurance, and delivery for features slated for both our existing mobile platform and new applications

You will be a member Network Technology & Innovation team responsible for the operations and feature content of T-Mobile's Tech Experience Center and mobile tours.  You will collaborate with engineers, internal business teams and vendor partners to build and manage engaging demonstrations for all types of audiences.

As a Sr. Technology Innovation Designer you will manage all aspects of the design and implementation, including all operational processes, documentation and content. You will also be responsible for any content creation and promotion of T-Mobile's Tech
Experience Center and mobile tours.  
Additionally, this role will provide ongoing support for daily tours and operations of all demos and tour logistics.  This include supporting T-Mobile Executive Meetings, high profile visitors and events.

  • Up to 30% travel (annually) for rotation assignments with Tech Experience truck and mobile tours.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Use of sound judgment & decision making to act swiftly and appropriately based on data

  • Crisp communications at the appropriate level to inform stakeholders regarding status of an incident
  • Drive incident and problem to root cause, document, follow up and track on remedial/preventive actions end to end
  • Collect system information to understand system behavior under different circumstances and document it to expand knowledge base, system improvements, and Problem Management / Mean Time to Resolution.
  • Improve/create procedure documents for Incident and Problem management and other supporting teams to address incorrect/missing operations during system anomalies.

Qualifications
  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities
The Visual Arts Service Group of Sony Interactive Entertainment is looking for Senior Software Engineers to join our San Diego, California development team. This role requires proficiency in a least one core programming languages, familiarity with visual effects pipelines and digital content creation tools, strong software design skills, and a dedication to writing robust and maintainable code. The engineer will be responsible for the development and support of an array of studio tools encompassing our production pipeline, motion-capture and facial animation systems, and tools for creating 3D game content. The position requires collaboration with other engineers, our project management team, and the different artist teams being supported.
On the server side, our production pipeline is a suite of proprietary micro-services that handle asset and workflow management, artist tasking, environment management, render farm and automation coordination, push notifications, and more. On the client side, there are a variety of graphical tools for artists and technical users, some of which function as standalone interfaces while others are integrated into the content creation tools the teams use.
Qualifications
