Pour une banque privée à Genève, dans le cadre de projets de développement d'applications web internes, CRM, e-Banking et application mobile, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Ingénieur Backend Symfony confirmé.

Pour ce poste, vous serez intégré à l'équipe de développement.
Vous serez amené à reprendre des développements existants, ainsi qu'à réaliser de nouveaux projets de toute pièce, dans des environnements complexes, avec des contraintes de sécurité élevées et des bases de données multiples telles que PostgreSQL, DB2 ou SQL Server.

Profile :

Vous disposez d'un diplôme d'ingénieur/e HES en informatique ou équivalent avec une expérience d'au moins trois ans dans un poste similaire.
Vous avez une excellente connaissance des principes SOLID, DDD et CQRS.
Vous avez une excellente connaissance de l'écosystème Symfony et de PHP.
Vous avez une excellente connaissance de SQL et des principes d'un ORM.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de Docker.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de Git.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance dans la définition d'API (OpenAPI, REST, GraphQL, etc.).
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des architectures Micro-services et Event-driven.
Vous livrez un code performant selon les bonnes pratiques de sécurité, de test et de clarté.
Vous avez un intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies.
Vous êtes force de proposition de solutions adéquates, pragmatiques et innovantes.
Vous êtes autonome et proactif.
Vous rédigez de la documentation complète et précise.
Vous avez une sensibilité accrue sur la sécurité et les procédures internes.
Vous parlez couramment français + anglais professionnel ou anglais.
Vous avez une bonne présentation.

Les compétences suivantes seraient des atouts :

Vous connaissez les concepts CI/CD et GitLab.
Vous avez des connaissances du monde bancaire / de la finance.

Backend/Platform Engineer at MindDoc Health GmbH (München, Germany)

Your tasks

You will work with the development team on the backend systems that power MindDoc: the leading therapy platform and mental health app with more than 3M downloads worldwide.

You will have the freedom to use state-of-the-art technologies and in turn, be expected to deliver a stellar user experience.

You play a key role in the core strategy of the company: you are significantly responsible for our overall success.

You contribute to an engineering culture where developers enjoy working and keep learning.

Your profile

You have a track record in providing backend services to web or mobile applications in agile environments.

You are experienced in using backend frameworks like Ruby on Rails or based on Node.js (NestJS is a big plus).

Our tech stack is written in Typescript. Therefore, experience with a statically typed language is required.

You have experience in test-driven development. We work extensively with Jest to ensure we have 100% test coverage throughout.

You have very good knowledge of Git, development workflow automation, and CI (Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Travis, Jenkins, CircleCI...). Continuous Delivery is in our DNA.

You know how to use Docker for local development and for deployment.

Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm is valued.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Heroku, or Azure.

You have an appreciation for great user experience as much as for awesome tech architecture.

You are great at communicating with people, motivating everyone, and getting the whole team on the same page.

Fluency in English, German is a plus.

The most important one: willingness to learn. We are constantly learning new things and we enjoy it a lot. As we use many new technologies, we don't expect to find people experienced in all of them. If you are excited about our tech-stack and you think you are a fast learner, do not hesitate to apply even if you are not trained in something we described before!
