Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
Well look to you to be responsible for the support of the Okta system to include Single Sign On, Multi Factor Authentication, application configuration and support. Administer the OKTA application to support ongoing SSO and MFA functionality and usage. Serve as a technical expert for enterprise OKTA operations and use. Provide technical guidance to the internal IT teams and recommend and/or take action to direct the analysis and solutions required. Occasionally perform user identity administration as well as maintenance of user security roles and profiles.
For this role we require someone who is ideally IT or Information Security Degree educated with previous experience with Okta or other SSO systems. 3+ years of information security experience.
Strong understanding of SAML, Radius, with a preference for experience with OKTA. Experience administrating the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) system. Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and LDAP. Knowledge with various network, DNS, web, VPN and perimeter protection technologies preferred. Knowledge of TCP/IP, network packets analysis, firewall technology, IDS/IPS technology. Knowledge of WAN/LAN/Cloud networking concepts and familiarity with Cloud infrastructure in general. This role will be a part of a brand-new team, focusing on managing and analysing infrastructure and Information Security in Okta and CyberArk platforms.

Annual base salary gross: 31,112 58,667 EUR. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Unions total compensation package for employees.
