About the Role?

We are looking for a Technical Head of SEO to support our organic channel growth and exploit the huge opportunities we see everyday. SEO lies at the heart of our global growth strategy over the next few years and in this role, you- ll work closely with our product engineers, designers and senior management to develop solutions that will help us drive more qualified traffic to our various products.

Responsibilities :

- Technical site audits including clear recommendations for change

- Troubleshooting and fixing site-wide SEO issues

- Continually improve site crawlability, indexation and performance

- Liaisoning with tech team for better SEO practices viz. a viz. Javascript rendering, speed, indexation etc.

- Review new products & features for SEO impact and work closely with Engineering to define technical specs for these projects

- Performing competitive analysis to help drive future search engine strategies

- Ensure SEO is embedded within all aspects of our businesses

- Stay updated on the latest developments in the world of SEO & search ranking algorithms and disseminate relevant information to the rest of the team

What we're looking for?

- Minimum 3 years of Technical SEO experience with a proven track record of working on optimising and migrating eCommerce sites or multinational sites with complex architectures

- Strong, demonstrable understanding of front-end technologies including the ability to confidently hand-code valid semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

- Good technical understanding of website usability, server logs, structured data, XML sitemaps, website performance, indexation issues and content

- Proficient in crawl management - Log file analysis, Screaming Frog, Custom crawlers

- Comfortable working with data. Prior knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Job Description:

The Solution Design and Architecture is part of the Frontline & Business Experience team, which is responsible for internal systems used by Care and Retail, as well as the T-Mobile for Business product family.
 

The Technical, Principal Architect is responsible for application design and implementation. While this position includes hands-on development work, it also focuses a majority of the time on technical leadership, which includes code reviews, coaching engineers, documenting and evolving coding standards and best practices, performing data modeling, participating in advanced troubleshooting of production and pre-production systems, and authoring frameworks and utilities to improve the efficiency of the engineering staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture and technical design to satisfy product business requirements and drive review and communications of solutions with impacted technology teams. Job Description:

As a key member of the Digital Product & Technology Management team, the Director will keep a constant, unwavering eye on customer experience.  The Director will lead teams to build, maintain and optimize products in market aligned to the goal of improving customer experience while reducing product costs and increasing product efficiencies.
