POSITION SUMMARY:

The TIBCO Software Engineer will work within a collaborative agile team. Responsibilities include development, reliability, availability, and performance of TIBCO applications. Application services provide automation, workflow & process improvement, system/application integration, business critical billing packages, and external communication.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position will be based in an office environment and will require physical demands consistent with other office professionals.

REQUIRED TIBCO SKILL-SET

• Design and develop XML Schema Definitions (XSD), WSDL files based on a pre-defined contract

• Design and develop Web Services using JAVA and J2EE technologies to provide a fa ade to back-end systems, e.g. .NET Web Service

• Design and develop custom Applications involving complex Process Orchestration integrating various systems

• Develop Exception Handling

• Create deployment scripts and deploy Web Services to server

• Develop test scripts for Unit and Integration testing

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE

• 2-5 years of JAVA/J2EE experience.

• 2 years of strong business and technical experience in Enterprise Application Integration involving EDI business integration solutions and B2B development.

• Involved in the planning, analysis, development & testing of EDI solutions involving ANSI X12.

• Experience in design and development of TIBCO Business Works applications involving JDBC, Mapper, File Adapter, Web Services activities.

• 2 yrs. experience with design and development of application integration using TIBCO Active Matrix Business Works Plug-in for HL7, sFTP, TIBCO Active Matrix Adapter for Database/Files, TIBCO Business Connect, TIBCO Business Connect EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition powered by Instream

• TIBCO EMS: experience using queues and topics.

• Configuring TIBCO Managed File Transfer and developing solutions utilizing MFT along with other TIBCO components

• Deploying enterprise level TIBCO solution.

• Experience interfacing with databases such as Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server.

• Excellent Knowledge in ANSI X12 and XML standards.

• Design and development of XML Schema Definitions

• Testing: performing/automating Unit through Integration Testing. System Integration Testing.

• Experience working with HL7 data types, parsing and creating

• Web Service: experience developing SOAP/HTTP Web Services, building abstract WSDLs. Configuring WS-Security.

• Familiarity with EDI transaction sets 837, 277, 835, and 999.

• Ability to communicate with the Trading Partner and implement Trading Partner Certification for all inbound and outbound transaction types.

• Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
