Seeking a magnanimous Senior Product Manager with a passion to problem solve some of our biggest hassles. Responsibilities include owning strategic initiatives, defining and delivering the team engagement plan, and work closely with Commercial, Engineering and Technology teams with the goal of evolving how we manage our network locking policies, and, device and system technologies that support it.
We need a seasoned leader who can identify and solve for pain points around the very complex problem of reducing our business financial exposure, while providing a seamless and intuitive network unlocking mechanism for devices in our portfolio. Responsibilities:

  • Articulate Product Management vision and roadmap to team members and across key cross-functional stakeholder teams and executive management team.
  • Work for a company that's a recognized leader in shaking up established categories.
  • Be able to work in close concert with network engineers and device technical leads.
  • Experience in usability testing, user interaction testing to create ideal customer experience.
  • Owns the roadmap, development, strategy and product vision.
  • Deliver relevant, scalable and innovative product from concept to successful implementation.
  • Ensure that the product meets customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with dedicated enterprise resources (e.g. Technology, Legal, Sales, Customer care, Brand).


  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field; Graduate degree preferred.
  • 7 years of Product Management or Product Design experience building products involved in ideation, product design, development and launch of successful consumer products.
  • 5 years of experience designing user interfaces and performing user research.
  • 7 years of experience creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
  • 7 years of experience managing developer and/or other technical products
  • A strong business acumen with tangible financial results as a result of direct contributions.
  • Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions.

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools and products for T-Mobile engineers and developers.

  • Minimum Qualifications:

    At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED. Pre-employment background screen.
