- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role requires to work on our massively distributed, large scale, fault-tolerant systems.
- The successful applicant will join the Demand Generation & Shopping Experiences web application development team

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for availability, proactive monitoring / alerting, capacity planning, performance (reducing latency and increasing efficiency) to include testing for technical platforms.
- Architect solutions and thrive to build solutions leading to automation and driving out manual work.
- Assess logging and create dashboards to monitor for availability and failed customer interactions using Splunk
- Lead and mentor team members and be a role model in nurturing the growth of individuals.
- Collaborate with engineering team members to deliver fault-tolerant systems and maintain the performance parameters set for the systems.
- Adhering to Service Level Agreements as part of the Production Support process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred; Relevant industry experience can substitute
- Experience working in a complex environment at least for 3 years, such as large scale web infrastructure or development team
- Experience in a broad range of software development and operations technologies such as Infrastructure, virtualization, load balancing, containers, JVM's, web servers, application debugging, queueing technologies, caching technologies, routing and switching
- Ability to debug, optimize code and to automate routine tasks.
- Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive.
- Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Experience coding in one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python, and/or Go.
- Experience working with performance measurement tools like Apache JMeter
- Knowledge of DevOps related practices such as CI/CD, Blue-Green deployments, Software Defined Infrastructure and tools
