Job Description for Java Developer
COMPANY : DTDC COURIER & CARGO LTD
JOB TITLE : JAVA DEVELOPER
CTC : 6.5 - 7.5 lpa
Location : DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd - Head Office (Bangalore)
Reporting to : Project Manager
Responsibility :
1. Works with business stakeholders, managers, and other developers to create solutions to business problems. Good communication skills are key to this position.
2. Translates functional requirements into conceptual and detailed designs; Developing Java Code and production-grade software; writes test unit test cases for sanity test.
Essential Skill Set :
1. Experience in designing and implementing web applications
2. Core Java, Spring MVC framework, JSP, JSTL & Servlets,, XML
3. Experienced in Java web development, skills include: JSP, servlet
4. Frameworks (Struts, spring and Hibernate)
5. Knowledge of Query Building.
6. SDLC
7. XML, CSS, AJAX, HTML 5 & CSS 3, Web services SOAP & Restful, JSON
8. Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
Qualifications and Experience : MCA/ B.E./ B. Tech./ B. Sc. with good academic record with 2+ years of Experience in the relevant skill set
