Job Description

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

• Provide daily support to existing web applications. 
• Participate in the full life cycle of development (define, develop, test, install, and maintain) of existing applications as well as new initiatives. 
• The Web Developer must be able to manage development activities from the planning phase through the implementation phase. 
• Position will require participation in the design and planning of enhancements to existing applications and development of new applications. 
• He or she will interface with other team members, management, and end-users on a regular basis. 

Requirements:

• Web designing experience required. 
• Visual Studio 2005, 2008, 2010 (ASP.Net, VB.Net, Web Services, Java Script, AJAX and CSS) 
• .Net Framework 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 experience required.
• Visual SourceSafe 8.0 experience required.
• Visual Studio Team Foundation 2012 experience required.
• SQL Server 2005 and 2008 developer level understanding required.
• SQL Server Management Studio 2005 and 2008 experience required.
• SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 and 2008 experience required.
• Silverlight 4 experience required.
• JQuery experience required.
• LINQ experience required.
• Application Modeling experience required.
• Proficient in Database concepts and Data modeling experience required.
• Analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and support of complex applications and processes experience required. 
• Prior experience migrating from classic asp to asp.net a plus. 
• Silverlight 5 experience a plus.
• ArcGIS SDK for Silverlight 4 experience a plus.
• XML Processing experience a plus.
• SMTP Interfaces experience a plus.
• Understanding of Networking a plus.
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS - Web Development) a plus. 
• Application Optimization a plus.
• Application Integration a plus.
