Our client is seeking a Support Engineer which will be responsible for supporting the deployment of approximately 600 devices.
What you will be doing:
- Desktop Support of Windows 10
- Replace and/or upgrade of approximately 600 devices (laptops/desktops)
- Assist with Deployment related issues
- Assist with Windows related issues; applications
- Exhibit great communication skills
- Can-Do attitude to help ensure smooth transition
Experience you will need:
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Values having strong relationships with clients and teammates
- Passionate about technology
- Excited about developing solutions to meet the client’s need
