This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Assist the technical lead implementing systems and major components
* Assist in building and maintaining a development team and cultivate innovation by driving cross-team collaboration and project execution
* Mentor junior engineers on design techniques, engineering process, coding standards, and testing practices
* 3+ years of experience with Java/Spring Open Source/SQL
* 3+ years of experience with Restful Services / Web Services
* 1+ years of experience with JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular/React/JQuery/Bootstrap
* 1+ years of experience with Cloud based implementations including Kubernetes Containerized Solutions
* Cassandra/ NoSQL Experience a PLUS
* Messaging Experience a PLUS (Kafka)
