Position : Lead Software Engineer
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 5 to 7 years
CTC : Open - Negotiable
Education : Full Time - BE/ BTech/ MCA in CS/IT/E &C
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Highly motivated individual willing to continuously learn and work in a fast pace environment.
- Primary development work would be in C++/C, Object Oriented Design in EDA Environment.
- End to End Implementation of Various Projects: Including Designing, Development, Coding, Implementation of Multi-Threaded Software Applications.
- Scripting to make Tools and Automate Tasks, Feature Extraction, PNR Launch, Design Information gathering etc
- Manage the entire Application Development Operations Involving Requirement Gathering, Development of Functional Specifications, Testing and Co-Ordination with Customers.
- Optimizing Algorithm and Code for Performance or Memory.
- Characterize a Problem and Specify Solutions.
- Trouble shooting Software Issues remotely on Large Customer Designs.
- Work with Cross Geographic Team Members.
Requirement :
- Experience in Developing Complex Applications using C++/C, OOPS, Linux, Python/TCL/Perl.
- EDA Domain/ Tools - Experience Mandatory.
- Experience in Firmware/ Software Development, High - Performance Hardware Regression and Full - System validation.
- Ability to Cope with a Highly Changing Environment and Agile Development.
- Should possess proven Good Habits for Writing Technical Specifications, Design Specifications and Documenting Code.
- Understanding of the Importance and Rigourous Application of Coding Standards.
- Hands On Experience with Development of Next Generation Integration Solution Systems.
- Possess Strong Ability to Reverse Engineer Code.
- Should be an effective team player with proven abilities during the Project Phase, Training & Guiding Team Members and Enabling Knowledge Sharing among the Team.
- Experience in Firmware/ Software Development, high performance Hardware Regression and full-system validation.
