We are currently searching for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Austin. The Senior Systems Engineer role will take on IT projects, perform upgrades and maintenance of Servers, Network devices, and assist with Security initiatives and SaaS applications.
What you'll be doing
- Manage Windows servers (AWS),Meraki network hardware, circuits for connectivity between global offices
- Implement changes and maintenance of the corporate technology infrastructure (AD, Okta, Box, O365)
- Manage projects, adapt as technology changes, and present new tools and possible solutions to improve the environment
- Implementsystems management tools for monitoring, root-cause analysis and remediation while using appropriate security strategies
- Escalation contact for Heldesk team as necessary when complex support issues arise
- Assist with planning & executing office moves and expansions
- Participates in off hour, weekend and holiday support coverage as needed
Who you are
- Experience with LAN/WAN, Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange Online
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SAML/SSO, SaaS apps
- Bachelors degree and/or 5+ years work experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and organized
- Occasional travel to data center and remote offices (US & international)
