Job Description:
Must Have Excellent Communication Skills
Required Skills:
· A minimum of three years of proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer service role
· Must have excellent troubleshooting skills around Microsoft Windows applications
· Must have prior experience providing support services around software migrations related to Microsoft
· Prior work in the documentation of the completion of diverse technology-related tasks
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic Windows/technical issues
· Excellent communication skills
· Keen attention to detail, memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving
· BS/BA in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional technology experience
