- Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
- Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages: Java, Oracle, Unix and mastery in Excel
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
- Expert in business and data analysis, trouble shooting and coordinating with different teams
- Extensive experience creating requirement documents, acceptance criteria and QA testing
- Experience managing integration activities with several teams through entire SDLC process
- Good understanding of credit and market risk is preferred
