We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our Ops team. You will be embedded with an agile development team as they develop features for our SaaS platform. You will work with the Ops members of our other dev teams to develop cross team standards.
Our development teams include a Product Manager, UX Designer, Lead Dev, Cloud Engineer and 3 or 4 additional developers. We work in two-week sprints and strive to build our software using loosely coupled microservices.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the Jenkins CI jobs that compile, test and deploy the team's code.
We are "all in" on AWS. Most of our APIs are serverless and deployed to Lambda. We leverage many AWS services including API Gateway, SQS, Elastic Beanstalk, Route53, CloudFront, CloudFormation and many others. You will be responsible for identifying new ways to leverage AWS features for the team.
