You will have a firm grounding in software development, be results oriented and have a good understanding of .NET development in C#. You will need to be a smart and motivated team player who can deliver. PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• Languages o Fluent in C# and the .NET framework
• Frameworks o Good hands-on experience of SQL Server, especially with very large datasets o Useful to have experience of Akka.NET and an appreciation of reactive programming o Helpful to have experience of Kafka and Redis
• Technologies o Hands-on experience of Windows Server, with a focus on service development o Familiarity with AWS, especially S3, Kinesis, Redshift, DynamoDB and EC2
• Methodologies o Helpful to have experience with continuous Integration and Deployment and DevOps principles, including use of tools such as TeamCity, Octopus and Chef o Familiarity with testing methodologies and strategies
