The Role

We are looking for individuals to join our expanding team.  As a software developer, you will be responsible for developing high quality software, architecture, systems and solutions using the latest technologies to ensure that cap hpi continues to provide products and services which meet and exceed customer requirements. 

Key accountabilities

  • Deliver work streams in an Agile environment to defined and agreed acceptance criteria

  • Embrace innovative approaches to new and existing ways of working

  • Maintain a strong technical understanding and promote the use of the latest software and technologies

  • Develop robust, resilient solutions that meet the cap hpi standards

  • Adhere to our testing, change and release management processes

  • Deliver continuous improvement items aligned with the strategic direction of Product Development


  • Understanding and implementation of object orientated development techniques and principles.

  • C#, ADO.Net, ASP.Net & MVC Framework

  • T-SQL in a SQL Server environment (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS advantageous but not essential)

  • Front-end technologies such as CSS, JavaScript, Angular & JQuery

  • A working understanding of mobile platform development tools & technologies would help you stand out
