Position Summary:

Looking for Technical Integration Support Engineer to join our high performance team. 


Responsibilities:

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues.

Gather pertinent information to recreate end-user scenarios in an effort to resolve complex issues.

Manage and track issues reported and resolution.

Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients and partners.

Provide answers to clients and partners by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding end-users through corrective steps.

Ensure each support ticket thoroughly details the problem/resolution, are comprehensive of the issue and are professional.


Qualifications

5+ years hands-on technical integration experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Good understanding of web applications, API and system architecture.

Understanding of REST web services and JSON.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Experience soliciting information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with programming languages (i.e. PHP, Java, Python, etc.) preferred.

Strong awareness of latest web standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect & others).
