Responsibilities
- Design, develop software feature for Wi-Fi gateway product.
- Work with cross-functional teams, third party vendors, and company product managers to define product specifications / technical requirements, and provide leadership in delivering quality products in a timely fashion
- Keeps current with technological developments deliver unique customer features for Company product;
- operations, product and Sr. Leadership as required
- Assisting QA team to find test gaps
- Provide technical assistance to trouble shoot customer issues
Basic Qualifications
- 5 + years of hands-on experience developing embedded software
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP internals and common network protocols such as DHCP, DNS, HTTP, and etc.
- Well-versed and proficient with networking technologies and protocols
- Expert on C/C++ and embedded Linux
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Has experience for RDKB and Yocto
- Experience on WiFi.
- Experience with a variety of scripting languages such as Bash and Python
- Team player comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
