Our client's growing consulting firm is a Oracle Platinum Premier Partner that seeks a Sr. Principal Oracle Cloud Consultant - HCM/Talent/Learn/Career for a permanent position as a functional lead to implement Cloud Talent/Learning/Career core modules. You can reside anywhere and travel to client sites throughout the US.
- Review and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Recommends, develops and executes plans for additional software module implementations based on requirements
- Acts as functional advisor and lead for technology resources
- Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources to support business requirements
- Develop and present updates on projects to executives
- Determines requirements by interviewing client personnel, reviewing documentation and facilitating working sessions.
- Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements
- Map industry trends and best practices to the client's unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit.
- Defines, architects and re-engineers business processes.
- Knowledgeable about Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates and methods and able to setup the system to meet the desired business requirements.
- Work with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing.
REQUIREMENTS
10 years of experience working with Oracle EBS and ideally has some Oracle Cloud experience or is willing to learn
Experience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development.
Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation.
Possess strong leadership skills, functional advisor and manager of technology resources.
Systems implementation skills: solution architecture, business process design and redesign, reengineering, requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support
Consulting skills: business analysis in a variety of industries, able to communicate confidently at the C-level, self-motivated, team oriented, positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills
Tool knowledge: MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Strong business background, working knowledge of generally accepted best business practices
Able to travel 50%+ to client locations
