Jr. Embedded Software Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA
Employment Type : Fulltime Permanent
Required skills
- Good experience in Software Engineering or related work experience.
- Good experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Python, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred skills
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (eg. bridging, routing), especially on Linux
- Experience working with FPGA developers to bring up hardware blocks
- Experience developing device drivers and embedded programming
- Experience implementing and optimizing signal processing algorithms a plus
- Experience with Wi-Fi/802.11 family of protocols theory and practice a plus
- Commitment to good software process
- Ability to collaborate with members of other disciplines, including with hardware, systems, and test engineers
