Job Overview:
Closely work with Human Resources functional team to understand the business needs and act as subject matter expert to implement Oracle ERP HCM cloud solution.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Oversee execution of large complexity program or multiple high complexity projects/ initiatives leveraging Oracle ERP

Leverage process expertise and lean experience to identify process improvement opportunities and work with business function and technical team to develop solutions

Work with business function to define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
-
Build process domain expertise across global function(s)Work with key stakeholders to deliver business goals and objectives
-
Lead cross functional and business project/application meetings and status updates
-
Provide regular updates to project team and leaders on status of deliverables
-
Delivery of project milestones including requirements gathering, project testing, defect management and training
-
Conduct business risk and issue management to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to defined quality standards and user specifications

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Manage pillar-function application portfolio and ensure alignment to functional business strategy

Coach and mentor application team members

Follow established process and procedures for compliance

Ensure responsiveness to business needs/objectives
Basic Qualifications:
-
Over 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation in Human Capital area
-
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
-
Strong organizational and business analysis skills across multiple functions
-
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and deliver on specific project deliverables

Experience in identifying areas of opportunity, researching creative solutions and implementing new processes.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience leading global, complex cross-functional initiatives or projects within a specific function.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Strong experience leading cross-functional team engagement and ability to drive process/system changes

Core business process expertise across multiple functions
