Primary responsibilities:
- People management: o Hire the right people at the right time o Help employees in professional growth and career development o Ensure a necessary and sufficient level of employees’ professional motivation
- Participation in project coordination and supervision: o Monitor the subordinates’ work on the projects through communication with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Project Team Leads and Account Managers o Provide effective project staffing upon request of project heads o Plan and optimize employees’ replacement process (succession planning, rotation, relocation)
- Organizational development: o Gather, maintain and expand technological and managerial expertise within resource group o Optimize and maintain the bench structure to support resource group development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum 5 years working experience and at least 2 years in managing a team of 40+ people
- People management experience in software solutions industry or relevant sectors
- Good spoken and written in English+ Chinese is essential
