Things move so fast that, in our minds, we are still a small start-up – and in our values, this still rings true. Nowhere is this mindset more apparent than in the Cloud Solutions group…
In recent years, we have been developing more and more software for the cloud. This has thrilled our large base of dental professional customers, who can now collaborate effectively across diverse locations and specialties. Our cloud software suite is the glue that connects all our dental software products together.
Our journey to the cloud started 7 years ago and we have come a long way! The development team was inexperienced; we “didn’t know what we didn’t know”. But we were determined to iterate our way to success. Processes and technologies were improved, lessons were learned, great people were hired, and we are grateful that many of the pioneers from the early days are still with us.
Today, the initial team has branched out into four smaller teams of 20 people in total, of whom 12 work in Copenhagen. They form the Cloud Solutions group – a wonderful bunch of knowledgeable, responsible and fun people, who have earned a high degree of trust and freedom.
So, what does this mean for you?
The Cloud Solutions group in Copenhagen is looking for a leader. Not somebody to tell them what to do, or how to do it. More like a coach, talent scout, process improvement facilitator, and strategic product advisor.
The business is growing fast, and this group is a critical part of the company vision. Key aspects of your role will be to:
- Recruit wisely – help scale the group while maintaining its tradition of success.
- Organize teams – ensure effective and evolving team organization within the group.
- Support people & products – find synergies between product needs and individual team members’ motivations and career goals.
- Advise on key product decisions – Understand the big picture and each team’s role. Help the teams make key decisions, by asking the right questions and distinguishing the essential from the secondary.
- Support collaboration at scale – promote effective communication and processes across teams and departments.
As a manager, you will be expected to be able to take key responsibilities upon yourself, but the successful candidate will focus on hiring and empowering people - creating success through others.

There are a few things we would like to see as part of your profile:
- Good cultural fit for an agile, innovative, and informal work style.
- Excellent communication skills written and oral English – we are searching for a strong communicator as this will be a position with a wide diversity of stakeholders.
- An R&D or other technical background – it is important to us you understand our working culture and challenges when you interact with stakeholders and interview candidates.
- At least 2-3 years of people management experience – you will be responsible for 12 direct reports.
