Someone who finds the solution in every daunting situation. I would imagine this person is probably an elite escape room artist. Maybe not, but you get the idea. Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain plug-ins and software development tools on various mobile app platforms
- Collaborate with the project management and customer success teams
- Suggest technical feedback to customers and team members
- Consistently be a part of the Solution Services team to ensure the highest level of service to customers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or other technical field
- Experience with mobile application development preferred
- Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
- Experience in a SaaS environment and/or Cloud Services is a plus
- Experience working with backend technologies such as .NET and C# is a plus
