Position Summary

Sr. Analysts, Technical to analyze, develop, design, and implement standard operating procedures to support the client in meeting strategic business goals. Drive operational excellence by strategizing and developing day-to-day operational tactics that deliver tactical simplification to the department. Responsible for developing, reengineering, improving and maintaining standard operating procedure. Drive solutions that positively impact the department's ability to support the client.

Responsibilities:

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, document and implement consistent key policy and procedural improvements, standard operating procedures, tools and methods that are repeatable and sustainable.
  • Solve complex, multi-faceted problems facing day-to-day operations; deliver simplified solutions that allow the department to seamlessly provide customer service excellence.
  • Proactively identify potential issues as a department expert and collaborate with cross-functions partners to mitigate issues and risks by planning/implementing solutions with a condensed timeline while utilizing Relational Database Technologies (Oracle and SQL Developer) and CRM tools including CSM and Price Plan Online tool.
  • Apply systems analysis experience with understanding strategic business information systems.
  • Align policy, procedure and process with other lines of business to ensure consistent customer service experience.
  • Apply experience in applying technical support for complex wireless billing processes including customer order, inventory, billing cycles, product services, customer care and engineering systems.
  • Apply experience utilizing Ericsson and Amdocs billing systems including product catalog configuration, OMNI, billing, rating and guiding to deliver product solutions for business and marketing needs.
  • Identify the need for and develop analysis tools including Tableau, Splunk, Nagios including distribution and trending reports, tables, executive summaries, spreadsheets, graphics, presentations, and flow charts, for implementation of new systems, automation, processes, procedures, methodologies, policies or organizational improvements/changes.
  • Apply experience providing interface validation utilizing Splunk SOA platform and analyzing multiple data sources and complex data structures using XML protocols.
  • Apply experience in Agile/Scrum & DevOps methodologies for project delivery, IT operations, and Quality assurance using Rally, Jira, ITSM, Jenkins and HPQC for reporting, tracking, metrics for at least 20 projects, including enterprise-wide projects, per year.
  • Apply mathematical analysis to determine validity and reliability of sampling and statistics.
  • Apply experience implementing analytical telecom solutions utilizing SQL scripting and generating reports to liaise between multiple technology and business units.
  • Serve in a consulting or subject matter expert capacity on enterprise-wide project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts. 


  • Minimum Qualifications:

    Functional and Technical Skills:
     
    Applicant's experience must include:
     
  • Experience utilizing Ericsson and Amdocs billing systems including product catalog configuration, OMNI, billing, rating and guiding to deliver product solutions for business and marketing needs;

    Experience and Education:
     
    PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or its equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience.
     
    ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or its equivalent and 5 years of relevant work experience.
     
    Will accept applicant with any suitable combination of education, training or experience.   Will accept a bachelor's equivalent based on a combination of education as determined by a qualified evaluation service.
