As an Integration Engineer for the Government Programs team in Austin, you will be responsible for the design and development of highly innovative components and products, from desktop applications integrating various hardware (biometric devices integration) to high performance server applications, including issuance of official documents in a very secure environment (PKI, encryption, cryptography).


A week in the life of an Integration Engineer:


You will be part of the project team working on innovative solutions to issue governments official documents.

You will participate in the global integration strategy to ensure a maximum efficiency at controlled cost.

You activities will follow the Development Life Cycle process in place.

You will work with the Project Leader to setup, configure and integrate the different environments - Test, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production by interfacing with the software and the IT teams.

You will integrate the complete solution and ensure end-to-end testing capability on the all environments.

You will prepare the integration documents (plan, acceptance).

You will participate in debugging the solution during integration phases.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


To succeed at this job, you must have a previous experience with solution integration, astrong knowledge of SQL and database servers (SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL language; strong understanding of web technologies (such as HTTP, HTML/XML, WCF) and application servers (JBoss, IIS), communication protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS), API testing (Soap, REST), Windows administration and network configuration (Active Directory, LDAP).

It would be preferred if you have previous experience in solution validation and end-to-end testing.

You must be fluent in English.

We would like someone to join our team who is a strong team-player with proven team development experience, has excellent troubleshooting skills witha strong technical background, a very good analytical mind, curious and creative, autonomous, and able to work under tight timelines and under pressure.

You must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

You must be a U.S. citizen per CFIUS requirements, dual citizenship not accepted.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of integration experience.

You must be able to travel up to 30% of the time domestically during the specification and integration phases and for workshops.
