Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Launch, maintain, administer services related to network infrastructure and connectivity

• Identifies and proposes appropriate solution alternatives and software/hardware updates/enhancements, based on needs of a particular system malfunction or user error  

• Desktop support duties

• Manage ticketing system

• Escalate and designate issues to appropriate parties

• Trouble shoot user and network problems

• Provide other IT team members with support when needed

• Provide knowledge of core networking principles

• Administer Windows Servers and Active Directory duties

Requirements:

• Desktop Support Experience

• Ticketing Systems Experience

• Cloud Exposure for AWS services and virtualization

• Active Directory and Windows Servers Experience

• Knowledge of Core Network Principles
