Network Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Launch, maintain, administer services related to network infrastructure and connectivity
- Identifies and proposes appropriate solution alternatives and software/hardware updates/enhancements, based on needs of a particular system malfunction or user error
- Desktop support duties
- Manage ticketing system
- Escalate and designate issues to appropriate parties
- Trouble shoot user and network problems
- Provide other IT team members with support when needed
- Provide knowledge of core networking principles
- Administer Windows Servers and Active Directory duties
Requirements:
- Desktop Support Experience
- Ticketing Systems Experience
- Cloud Exposure for AWS services and virtualization
- Active Directory and Windows Servers Experience
- Knowledge of Core Network Principles
