Job Description
Highly technical person who will interact with customers on a daily basis performing technical tasks involving multiple platforms and gateways as well as assisting on Company wide group level projects. Person will also be asked to troubleshoot employee issues with computers/network and will be expected to interact with Group level IT in order to solve these issues.
Skills needed
- Comfortable in Windows environment. Were NOT a linux shop
- Ability to write SQL
- Ability to write some VBA
- Comfortable with IT troubleshooting for Windows 10 OS or ability to learn to troubleshoot
- Basic network comprehension for assisting Paysafe network team on any projects
- Ability to conduct screen shares with clients for any needed Java application installs or assistance with troubleshooting
- Ability to converse with vendors for client API integrations and assistance with client integration issues
