Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must have hands on experience in APEX development , Force.com platform, Integration Techniques (SOAP /REST/BULK API ) , Data Migration ( SF Data loader/ ETL tools) .
  • Must have hands on experience in SALES / SERVICE cloud implementations , Salesforce 1 ( Mobile implementation) and Lightning experience.
  • Must have experience in SF application functional and technically as admin
  • Able to adapt Business functionality to SFDC out of the box and potential places for customization Sales /Service Cloud
  • Able to Evaluate and suggest app exchange products
  • Familiar with Five9s installation, call flows, queues and other user administration functionality
  • Familiar with Five9s API and active integration with 3rd party products
  • Execute projects to create a secure network at Accredited Debt Relief. This would include locations in San Diego (primary), and Houston + Boston (secondary)
  • Help oversee the security (technology & physical building in San Diego and Houston), integrity, disaster recovery and business continuity plans and requirements
  • Help rollout systems and upgrades; patch management, desktop security.
  • Familiarity with Scripting, SSO and similar technologies
  • Perform troubleshooting; technical support; and maintenance of third party commercial client-server applications; custom .NET applications; Microsoft operating systems; Avaya telephone systems; and all other related information and office automation systems.
  • Administer Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba equipment
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, WAN and LAN equipment, local printers, scanners, copiers, and other peripherals as needed.
  • Resolves elevated Help Desk incidents, change management requests, or problem tickets as assigned.
  • Manage all system logs for performance, security, and troubleshooting to include but not limited to: operating systems, backups, client-server applications, and other software or hardware as needed.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and
  • Four (4) years progressive experience as a Systems Administrator or related capacity in a medium sized organization with a structured IT department
  • Network Administration experience is a must, including TCP/IP, Firewall, Routers, etc.
  • Experience working with call center systems

Preferred Skill Requirements:

  • Amazon certification, experiences in configuring and managing Cloud Hosted business solutions, including Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Office 365, etc.
  • Any Microsoft certification
